*Page must load within 15 seconds (56K modem) at normal connection times

*Your website may sell several products and/or services, we will deliver visitors only to the page that you specify, we do not split traffic purchases to different pages although you may purchase separate traffic amounts for any page

*3rd party hit counters/trackers are not known to be 100% effective and are normally loaded to just the home page and not usually to the targeted pages, if you purchase a traffic package from us, we take no responsibility for such counters showing accurate results

*The page content MUST NOT change during your campaign

*All traffic is covered by our guarantee and any shortfall will be refunded on a pro-rata basis only - (we have never failed to deliver to date)

*Prohits.biz shall not be responsible for URLs dropped or excluded by search engines for any reason.

*Prohits does not represent or warrant that Customers URL's will achieve a favorable position, or any position, within search engines due to circumstances outside of our control.

*Prohits shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure.

*Prohits shall not be responsible for acts or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters.
